How wholesale works

1. Apply for an account

Submit the form with your business name, resale or tax ID, and what you're looking to stock. We review applications within two business days and confirm your tier.

2. Get your pricing

Approved accounts receive our full wholesale catalog with per-unit case pricing. Most lines start at low opening minimums so you can test what sells before committing to volume.

3. Order & reorder

Place orders by email or through your account manager. We confirm stock and lead times up front — typically 1–2 business days for in-stock lines and 2–4 weeks for bulk or private-label runs.

Wholesale terms

• Minimums: opening order minimum applies per account; per-style minimums apply for private label.
• Payment: options are confirmed when your account is set up. Net-30 terms available to established accounts after the opening order.
• Lead times: in-stock 1–2 business days; bulk and private label 2–4 weeks, confirmed in writing on each order.
• Shipping: calculated per order; freight available on large volume. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.
• Returns: wholesale orders are covered for manufacturing defects for 30 days; see our returns policy.
• Resale: a valid resale/tax ID is required for wholesale pricing.

Private label

We produce private-label runs on our existing line — your branding on cards, boxes, and pouches, with optional custom plating or stone choices on qualifying styles. Minimums and lead times are quoted per project. Email wholesale@diorilla.com with your concept.
