Returns & Refunds

Our promise

If a piece isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We want you wearing something you love, not keeping something you don't.

What's eligible

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, undamaged items in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if unworn and in sealed packaging. Final-sale and custom or private-label items are not returnable unless they arrive defective.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@diorilla.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back; we'll email you when it arrives and is inspected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. We'll email you at each step.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility except in those cases, where we provide a prepaid label.

Exchanges

Want a different size, finish, or style? Note it when you start your return and we'll reserve the replacement. If there's a price difference we'll sort it out before shipping the exchange.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your order on arrival. If something is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

Wholesale returns
