Sourcing
Supplier Standards
We hold inventory and buy from a vetted group of manufacturers. Here's exactly what we require of them — published openly so you can hold us to it.
How we source
DIORILLA INC purchases finished and semi-finished jewelry from approved manufacturers and suppliers, inspects it, and holds it as inventory before it ships to a customer. We are not a drop-shipper: we take ownership of stock and stand behind it.
Material standards
- Metals must match their stated description — sterling silver is 925, stainless steel is 316L, gold plating and vermeil thickness are disclosed accurately.
- Components must be nickel-safe within applicable limits and free of restricted levels of lead and cadmium.
- Stones are described honestly; cubic zirconia is never represented as a natural diamond.
Product safety & compliance
Suppliers must certify that goods meet US consumer-product safety requirements and the relevant standards of the regions we ship to. We request test reports and documentation and keep them on file.
Labor & ethics
- No forced, bonded, or child labor at any stage of production
- Lawful wages, working hours, and a safe workplace
- Compliance with the laws of the country of manufacture
Quality & accountability
We inspect incoming inventory and track defect rates by supplier. A supplier who can't consistently meet these standards is put on a corrective plan or removed. If you ever receive a piece that doesn't live up to this, tell us at support@diorilla.com — it's how we stay honest.
