Shipping Policy

Processing time

In-stock retail orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our facility in West Jordan, UT within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. Wholesale and private-label lead times are confirmed in writing on each order.

Domestic shipping (United States)

  • Standard (3–5 business days): flat $5.95
  • Expedited (2 business days): calculated at checkout
  • Free standard shipping on retail orders over $75

We ship via USPS and UPS. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.

International shipping

We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia.

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 10–16 business days

International rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charge.

Tracking your order

Every shipment includes tracking, sent to the email on your order. You can also reach us anytime at support@diorilla.com or via our order tracking page.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the windows above, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll open a carrier claim and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's with the carrier, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.
