These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.diorilla.com and any purchase from DIORILLA INC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and will refund any amount charged if we do.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. We accept the payment methods listed on our site and confirmed at the time of purchase. You represent that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Any sales tax due is calculated based on your shipping destination and shown before your purchase is completed.

Product descriptions

We describe materials, dimensions, and finishes as accurately as we can. Because our pieces are fashion jewelry, slight variation between items and between a product photo and the item you receive is normal. We do not represent gold-plated or vermeil items as solid gold.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale purchases are additionally governed by the terms on our Wholesale page, including minimums, payment terms, and resale-ID requirements.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the DIORILLA name and marks are owned by DIORILLA INC and may not be used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Accounts and orders found to involve fraud may be suspended or cancelled.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
