What materials do you use?+

Our line is gold-plated brass, sterling silver (925), 316L stainless steel, 14k gold vermeil, and high-clarity cubic zirconia. The exact material is listed on every product page — we never hide it behind a vague 'alloy.'

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?+

Our sterling silver and stainless steel pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-safe for most sensitive skin. If you have a specific metal allergy, check the material listed on the product page or email us before ordering.

How long does shipping take?+

In-stock retail orders ship from our Utah facility within 1–2 business days. US standard delivery is 3–5 business days; international ranges from 5–16 business days by region. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes — we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

What's your return policy?+

Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

How do I care for my jewelry?+

Keep pieces dry and away from perfume and lotion, store them separately to avoid scratching, and wipe with a soft cloth. Stainless steel is waterproof; gold-plated and vermeil pieces last longest when kept out of pools and showers.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?+

Yes. We supply boutiques, online stores, gift shops, distributors, and brands with case pricing and private label. Apply on our Wholesale page and we'll send pricing within two business days.

Can I get my own brand on your jewelry?+

Yes — we run private-label orders with your branding on cards and packaging, plus custom plating or stones on qualifying styles. Minimums and lead times are quoted per project.
