Track Your Order

Every shipment includes a tracking number emailed when your order leaves our facility. Here's how to find it — and how to reach us if you need help.

Find your tracking number

  1. Check the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our West Jordan, UT facility.
  2. Click the tracking link, or paste the number into the carrier's site (USPS or UPS).
  3. Can't find the email? Check spam, then reach out using the form and we'll resend it.

Delivery windows

  • US standard: 3–5 business days after a 1–2 day processing window
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 10–16 business days
