Track Your Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number emailed when your order leaves our facility. Here's how to find it — and how to reach us if you need help.
Find your tracking number
- Check the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our West Jordan, UT facility.
- Click the tracking link, or paste the number into the carrier's site (USPS or UPS).
- Can't find the email? Check spam, then reach out using the form and we'll resend it.
Delivery windows
- US standard: 3–5 business days after a 1–2 day processing window
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–16 business days
